International Shipping

COVID-19 Policy:
Most International shipping services are more expensive, and some are unavailable due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Please contact us before ordering from outside the USA.

Insurance:
International shipping prices calculated by PayPal do not include shipping insurance. You may pay for insurance separately, or not at all.
We will ship internationally without insurance, but: If your package is lost or damaged, Austin Ribbon Microphones will not supply another kit or refund your payment. We combine shipping for up to 5 microphone kits, but 6 or more kits requires a larger box, so the cost is slightly more. Please contact us for details.

Hand-Built Products:
Hand-built, complete microphones, cost more to package and protect during international shipment. Please contact us before ordering a hand-built microphone from outside the USA.

International Customs Charges:
Austin Ribbon Microphones complies with all US Export regulations. International Customs fees, duties, charges and delays are not covered by this insurance, and are not the responsibility of Austin Ribbon Microphones. Any import duties applied by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
